You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any third party. All 92r1 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed after the first deposit has been made.
92r1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in PKR. 92r1 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account instantly in normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your Account Balance. 92r1 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
92r1 targets processing of all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 48 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds will depend on your chosen payment method's processing schedule. 92r1 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
92r1 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional conditions published alongside the specific promotion. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable real-money Balance is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms.
All bonuses have a validity period during which the applicable Wagering Requirement must be satisfied. Bonus Funds that remain subject to an unsatisfied Wagering Requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically without compensation.

Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
92r1 reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion, withdraw any promotion before its stated end date, or cancel any bonus credited to an Account where it is determined that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the promotion's specific conditions.

A bet is not confirmed until 92r1's systems have accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued to the Player. 92r1 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including without obligation to state a reason, particularly where the Platform suspects match manipulation, data feed errors, or system exploitation.
Odds offered on the 92r1 Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time of acceptance, not those displayed at the time you initiated the bet request. If odds have changed between request and acceptance, 92r1 may prompt you to confirm the new odds before the bet is placed.
92r1 may void any bet where: an event is cancelled or abandoned; a manifest pricing error is identified; the event result is inconclusive or disputed; or where regulatory or licensing authorities direct that a market be voided. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the Player's Account Balance in full.
Given the significance of cricket to 92r1's Pakistani player base, specific rules govern PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 betting markets. In-play bets on cricket markets are subject to a brief acceptance delay during live play to account for data feed latency. Abandoned matches are settled according to the official competition rules of the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC).
All casino games offered on the 92r1 Platform — including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, and RNG slot games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with those rules before play.
All random number generator (RNG) games on 92r1 are sourced from certified third-party game studios whose RNG systems are independently audited for fairness. 92r1 does not operate or modify the RNG software of any game it hosts.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of any bet already accepted before disconnection will stand as settled. 92r1 will make reasonable efforts to resolve player queries arising from disconnection events but cannot guarantee replay or cancellation of settled live game rounds.
In the event of any software or hardware malfunction that affects the integrity of a game outcome, 92r1 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return staked amounts to Players. The existence of a displayed win amount prior to a confirmed malfunction declaration does not constitute an obligation to pay.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 92r1 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Prior to closure, any outstanding Wagering Requirements on active Bonus Funds must be resolved and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. 92r1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to pass KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or receipt of a regulatory direction. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 92r1 will communicate the reason for suspension to the Account holder by email within a reasonable time, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions on disclosure.
Where an Account is closed — whether voluntarily or by 92r1 — any verified real-money Balance remaining will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds not yet converted to real-money Balance through completion of applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited on Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92r1 holds its international gaming licence. To the extent permitted by law, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any legal proceedings arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 17.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be excluded or overridden by contract. 92r1 acknowledges that Pakistani consumer protection laws may confer rights additional to those set out in these Terms and does not seek to exclude such rights to the extent they are mandatorily applicable.
